I offer two types of health coaching:
- Individual: you receive a personalized program and my full support. One-on-one coaching is great for busy professionals, parents and people who travel a lot. (We can also meet by phone or Skype!)
- Group Coaching: you join a group of people who are also looking to make positive changes to their nutrition and lives. Group coaching sessions can be a great way to get started if you like the sense of community and support that comes when working in a group.
Whether you choose a group or individual program, as your Health Coach, I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
